יניי שפיצר הוא חבר סגל בתוכנית פכ"מ מאז שנת 2015. הוא היסטוריון כלכלי החוקר הגירה המונית בהיסטוריה האירופית ואת ההיסטוריה הכלכלית של עם ישראל, בוגר המחלקות לכלכלה והיסטוריה באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים ובעל דוקטורט בכלכלה מאוניברסיטת נורתווסטרן. בתוכנית פכ"מ הוא מלמד, בין השאר, היסטוריה כלכלית ואי-שוויון כלכלי.

Yannay Spitzer has been a faculty member of the PPE program since 2015. He is an economic historian specializing in European mass migration and Jewish economic history. Yannay earned his BA in Economics and History from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his MA and PhD in Economics from Northwestern University. In the PPE program, he teaches courses on economic history and the economics of inequality.
