ורד קורץ דוד היא מרצה בכירה וראש המעבדה לנוירו-כלכלה במחלקה לכלכלה ע"ש משפחת בוגן ובתכנית פכ"מ. המחקר שלה משלב שיטות מחקר התנהגותיות עם כלי דימות ממדעי המוח, ומתחקה אחר מנגנונים קוגניטיביים בתהליכי קבלת החלטות כלכליות. נושאי המחקר הנוכחיים שלה מתמקדים בבעיות החלטה אסטרטגיות ובהשפעות של סביבת הבחירה על קבלת החלטות. ורד היא בוגרת של תכנית פכ"מ, ולאחריה השלימה לימודי דוקטורט באוניברסיטת תל אביב וכן השתלמות בתר-דוקטורט באוניברסיטת NYU. 

Vered Kurtz David is a Senior Lecturer and head of the Neuroeconomics Lab in the Bogen Family Department of Economics and the PPE Program. Her research explores the cognitive mechanisms underlying human economic decision-making, integrating behavioral and neuroscientific methods. Her current work examines cognitive components of strategic choice and investigates how choice environments influence the decision-making process. Vered is an alumna of the PPE Program and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Tel Aviv University. She subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at New York University (NYU).
